• Composition of Ni(80%)Co(20%)
• Roughness (Ra) < 0.45 µm @ 120 µm thick film
• Internal stress in the range of 20 to 30 MPa
• Texture corresponds to (111) and (200) planes of fcc Ni
• Young modulus of ~ 330 GPa
• Tensile strength up to ~840 MPa
• Average grain size of ~ 20 nm
