General description

Electroless Copper Plating of silicon powder is an electroless copper process engineered for copper coating of silicon powder with various sizes of Si particles ranges from several microns to hundreds of microns. Metal coating (Ag, Au, Fe, Co, Ni, Pd, Cu et al) on Si particles significantly enhance the electrical conductivity of Si powder. It may also increase Coulombic efficiency and capacity compared to carbon coated Si electrodes for Lithium-Ion Batteries. Our plating technology allow us to offer tailored solutions for various applications of metal plated Si powders including ceramic industry, microelectronics, clean energy et al.
